1 month

Today is....June 11. Its exactly 1 month sincie I graduated college, and I am currently stupider, fatter, and more bored than i ever was while I was actually in college. I have been sending out resumes, going on inteviews, and basically scouring the internet for any job that matches what I am looking for. Not to say that I want the perfect job out of college. I know thats not going to happen. I know I wont land the $60k a year dream job. But come on. I had a great gpa, i was involved, and I know what I'm doing when it comes to working in teams. I'm not one of the countless idiots here in atlanta. i have an idea of whats going on, and I at least know that I dont want to get involved in some bullshit company working on straight commission where I dont see a check for at least a month. I have a friend who did that for a month. And then quit.

Let me lay out my daily routine:

11:30- Wake up
12:00- eat lunch
1:00-3:00- "search" for jobs on the internet using indeed.com (and if those are the best job offerings available I dont want to get a real job"
3:00- 5:00- hang out, play guitar, watch tv, go drive somewhere
5:00- 7:00- eat dinner, wathc more tv
7- ? sit around being lazy and wasting my time on either facebook or watching a rerun or something similar on tv.


not exactly what is needed to breed success. 1 month. nothing fun. no friends here, no one to hang out with. The only good thing is that my parents are being flexible with my slack ass-ness, and not charging me rent yet. But come August, i ge tto enjoy paying for life, health, and dental insurance, plus all car expenses. So I'll feel the fire soon.
